How WhatsApp invitations work

Dawah (dawah-app.com) is a done-for-you service that runs your event invitations end to end on WhatsApp. We design your invitation and set everything up with you, then send the invitations, collect the replies, remind the guests who confirmed and check each guest in at the door with a personal QR code. Here is one invitation, step by step.

  1. You share the list, we design and send the invitation

Upload your guest list as an Excel file or add guests yourself, and we design your invitation, as an image or a video, then send it to each guest on WhatsApp in Arabic or English.

  2. Guests reply with one tap, and those who confirm get their entry card

They tap “Confirm” or “Decline”, the answer is recorded automatically for you to follow live, and a guest who confirms gets a personal entry card with their QR code straight away.

  3. We remind confirmed guests before the event

Before the event, an automatic reminder goes only to the guests who confirmed, with the date, the time, a map link to the venue and a button that sends their entry card again.

  4. Their QR code gets them in, and we thank them afterwards

Each guest's QR code is scanned on arrival, so your RSVP list is also your door list, and after the event every guest who came gets a thank-you message.

What we offer

We handle all of it for you, and you follow along from one dashboard.

  1. WhatsApp invitations

Your invitation reaches each guest's chat from our business number as a proper message in Arabic or English, with its design on top, not a forwarded message.

  2. One-tap RSVP

Guests tap “Confirm” or “Decline” in the invitation itself, with no links, forms or apps.

  3. Personal entry card with QR code

The moment a guest confirms, they get a personal entry card with their own QR code, scanned at the door so you know who actually came, and the “Entry card” button on the reminder sends it again.

  4. A reminder before, a thank-you after

Confirmed guests get a reminder before the event with the date, the time and a map link, and everyone who came gets a thank-you afterwards, with no chasing on your part.

  5. Host dashboard

Add or remove guests, choose when invitations go out, and see each guest's status, the reply rate and attendance, with a history of every change to the list.

  6. Custom invitation design, image or video

    New: video

We design a professional invitation for your event with your names, date and venue, as an image or as an animated portrait video for WhatsApp set to your own music, which you preview and approve before it goes out.

A sample video invitation

One of the invitations we design: an animated portrait wedding invitation with music. This sample is in Arabic.

  • 48 seconds
  • Starts muted
Opening frame: an arch of roses around a line-drawn hall with a chandelier and a wedding cake.

What the video shows: a finely drawn hall framed by an arch of roses, then lines of poetry, the names of the hosts and the couple, and finally the date and venue, set to music.

Pricing is set per event, based on what it needs. Tell us about yours on WhatsApp and we'll send you a quote.
